Clearly you are a novice. But there is no shame in that. I wish you the best of luck. But before you concern yourself with the value of your screenplay try to finish it and have it in the appropriate format. To answer your formatting questions O.S. usually isnt abbriviated but it means Off SCREEN. INT. is the abbriviation of INTERIOR when setting up and describing a scene the author lets the reader know where the scene is taking place. Hence EXT. or Exterior (Outside)

Maybe reading some screenplay writting books will help you get on the right start.

To answer the question of how much...a screenplay's value is determined by the market that it can be sold to and the budget of the project. It varies from screenplay to screenplay. First and foremost you should be trying to get your first one produced. Don't look at how much you will get, but rather just to use your first one to sell further screenplays. If you get interest from a serious buyer, then you should seek representation from either an attorney or an agent to negotiate your deal. They are the ones that will be able to get you the most for your project and be able to protect you legally as well. Just concentrate on the writing craft and not the business side and do the best job you can. I wish you the best and hope everything works out in your future endeavors.
