Have any one of you felt that "something" is escaping out of your control? This is exactly what have happened to the sceenplayer of this tremendous and fascinating film. just the inspiration came to them when they were working on th script. If you have ever teach anything to someone you probably know what am i talking about, you´re learning jsut when you teaching, never before you learnt with someone. And so on-.

I have read several critics who mock the script, yet I think it was deliberately made so. They say that it preaches rebellion and freedom yet in the end the main characters only speak if this mon conformity, they don't act on it. This is because the movie doesn't preach non - conformity. It is saying that while the freedom type ideologies are great, that 17yr old boys wouldn't know what to do with it. Hence the tragic ending.
